2000 clk430
clk430 trunk lock
I have a 2000 clk 430 that i just got and given me a few problems
it was fine for a few week then i had a problem with the top not going back up so i got the manul out and put it up manauly and find out fuild was leaking out of the hard top cover. so for the next time i let it down manaly and that night i put it back up and didnot lach it all the way down so i could come back the next morning and let it back down. now it is lach a little and now my trunk wouldn't open. the trunk botton is in the unlock
and the botton won't unlock it and the key bob won't open it but unlock all the doors and i don't have a key to the trunk. but it unlock and worked before. thanks

You'll need the key as the car knows the roof isn't latched, is there no key in the remotes or the thin key?
This is a nightmare as the lock will be seized solid mine was took 2hrs of wd40 trying to turn it, force won't work and just bend the key, i jiggled it pressed it slightly turning anti clockwise i think, and finally it opened, i think only the later cars have the grn button inside the boot,
