I need to get a set of lower balljoint , outer tie rode & a gear shifter for my clk55 , can I order the part for any w208 , or must it be clk55 amg specific ?

The lower ball joint and outer tie rod are the same part. I don't know about the gear shifter.
The factory shifter is the same part if you have black birdseye maple wood. AMG Manufaktur shift knobs were also available overseas....but were very pricey at over $400 a pop.
