OK right front tire at 20-30mph when you can really hear it a knock like bump and when you hit the brake at low speeds you can really feel and hear it as a rotational knock noise. There seems to be one point in the rotation that is causing the noise. On the high way its there but you can hear and feel it at 20-30 mph.

Tire new and when you spin them they are not out or found.
Rotor new 2 months old
Brakes pads 2 months old
Bearings seem fine no play when moving the rotor with tire off

I recently had a noise coming from the front also when i would hit the gas hit a bump and when i was braking, it turned out to be these 2 protective bars underneath the car that protect the engine. They were lose. and all they did was tighten them up. Don't know if this is the same thing that is happening to you.

Found the problem after I switch tire up front left to right...te problem moved to the left side as upon inspection I notice the tire on the outer tread line have Scalloped edges..Now I did replace the front end with new tie rods inner and outer and the center bar AKA 1 piece and then got an alignment..So I bought 2 new tires 1st still had a wobble then I got the tire rod end complete set then got an alignment. I still notice a vibration so I did the lower bal joint left side which seemed fine but since the right was fairly new (6 months) I replaced it. It was about 2 months later after all that work that I noticed the uneven tread wear. Side note the steering wheel is not straight when going straight it tilts to the right 4 degrees or so ...and if you let go it goes to the right a bit even after all the parts and alignment..
