Door Tweeter Cover
Wow, the tweeter is held in place by the cover, which is in turn held into the door by a single fragile tab. I've broken the tab on my passenger side tweeter cover. It's the the little triangular cover at the base of the front window. If anybody has one, or has a lead for one, please PM me. I'm looking for one in black please.

There is one main tab that does 90% of the job holding the top of the speaker triangle to the door frame. It is fixable, the smaller tabs do little and are poorly designed.
I just repaired mine. I used PC7 2 part epoxy and make a small reinforcement "mound" where the broken prong attaches. This did not hold as the prong pulled out the epoxy however I put a few drops of Gorilla Glue into the hole, sprayed a little water on it and stuffed the prong back in checking the angle. Let it set up overnight. Worked like a charm. You can also use a drill bit to ever so slightly enlarge the slot receiving the prong and put a dab of Vaseline to make it easy to get on and off in the future...

Thanks all. I went to the dealer over the weekend and picked up a new one for $29.50. Guess prices in LA are higher.... still, cheap enough.

does it slide in (if so, which direction).
does it snap (I'm sure it does...you said it's fragile ...I meant snap in place)
Please guide this novice. I need to peek at the tweeter on the driver's side...it sounds like it's 'vibrating'
