99CLK320,
If they came off a big CL or SL perhaps, but they are definitely not an oem wheel for the w208. they are too big. oem was no bigger that 17" or 18". Those are 19"or 20"s.

Big mike has these wheels I believe. Maybe he can chime in! They look great tho. and very similar to the SL wheels that they might be.. I love the large 5 spoke.

Tires will for sure rub unless you do fender modifications. Those offsets also seem really high. Im sure they will fit. You just might need spacers to kick them out a bit. The tires will rub for sure tho. Almost a guarantee.

Its all personal preference. Running spacers is not a big deal. Its just an added expense. But if you really like the wheels. Buy spacers. I run spacers on all four corners on my car. Looks a lot better handles better because it is wider and over all makes the car look a lot better. But if you want to buy a wheel without running spacers I would say something with an offset in the high 20s to low 30s. You can find OEM Mercedes wheels with these offsets. But if you really like the wheel you are looking at. Just go for them and run spacers.

99CLK320,
I have 17"x8 and 32mm offset front and back with standard diameter rubber to keep my speedo exact. The fronts fit perfectly with a 1" drop all around. The rears could come out another 5mms or I could have gone staggered with a 9 or 9.5" rim.
