Hi All, any thoughts on why my AMG (clk430) OEM front bumper is now bowing down/sagging towards the lower center? are there screws that would typically hold that part up, and maybe they're no longer there? Does the bumper lose integrity overtime? I did just have a crack on one edge repaired, and now that my car is back..the repair is fixed, but the center bottom is bowing down?
I've seen this on other CLK's before..but don't recall mine looking like that. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Wow, that does look very low. Mine looked like that, but it was broken at the time. Are you sure there isn't a separation somewhere ?
There is no bracing for the lower inner edge of the bumper cover. The only support is at the ends where the cover is wed with a screw or two to another shield at each end. If those screws or shields are missing, then the lower part of the bumper cover would be wholly unsupported. Sometimes careless shops will fail to reinstall the lower shields. Are those shields missing ?

Pancho, thanks. I'm going to get under there again, and double check, but I looked yesterday and all of the shields I was accustomed to seeing were there.. but I know it was not drooping that low before I bought it to them... I'm going to bring it back on Monday & have them figure it out..
