CLK 320 roof won't go down
I have a CLK 320 w208. I tried to lower my roof today but it would not go down. I unlatched the front , pressed the button all 4 windows dropped the rear of the hood was released but the rear compartment cover did not open and the roof did not fold.
I did change the battery a few weeks ago and had to have the gearbox software reset. Could the battery change have effected the roof limits?

The battery change should have reset everything under the sun. The Top works by hydraulics.
Rear mounted hydraulic pump controlled by the console mounted switch. The circuits are functioning if the windows went down. Check the fluid level in the pump resivoir located in the trunk.
If it is low research Tophydraulicsinc.com I repaired my cabrio cheap.
