Engine oil filter cap size?????????????
Hi guys,


I'm away on vacation and need to get a wrench cap to remove the cap for the oil filter. However, I don't know the exact size to get in the auto parts store. Can anyone help me out? thanx in advance.

Mine is a FloTool #7, all new model MB`s are the same size. Also the same size as VW and Audi.

~7.5 cm.

Try searching on the forums! A quick search shows that it is a 76mm wrench, 14 flutes. Best to get it at the dealer, it should be under 10 bux.
