2003clk320

I'm just curious if this is possible. I want to install LED tail lights, however I'd like to see if there's a way to wire the fog lights to the standard tail lights so the entire rear (trunk and tail) is lit mid way for park lights and they will pop to bright for brake lights. Possibly install a bypass for when the rear fog light switch is triggered so only the inside (trunk) lights come on when the switch is activated. I know it would require additional wiring and probably a minimum of 2, possibly three, resistors. I just want to know if it's possible and if anyone has tried to do it.
