Roof light on, headest light on, roof windows mirrors stop working

Roof light on, headest light on, roof windows mirrors stop working
Im gonna get a star check very soon, I just thorght id post once more before hand just incase anyone with the exact same problem knew was it was.
Ive put a brand new battery in so i know its not that.
Really weird some times i get in the car, as i say roof light will be lit bright, headrest light on, roof windows and mirrors will not operate, if i drive the car after about 30 mins the headrest light will start flashing and everything will be working and back to normal.
Im hoping its a dodgy relay or something.
any last ideas?
