Hose Identifying
Hi all new to the forum looks awesome
The other day my wife was out driving and she lost the brakes managed to get it back home and I found that the hose from the back of the intake manifold to the brake booster had broken at the plastic piece on the intake manifold side, anyway went to local dealership they ended up giving me the wrong part so with some hose I had lying around and some marine grade silicone and a hose clamp I managed to DIY the repair. However I have found another hose today in the same vicinity as the intake manifold by the brake booster hose, that's just basically lying there but its sucking air in. It's about a 1/4" ID see pics attached. I'm trying to figure where it goes or even if it goes anywhere
Thanks in advance

Sorry I just saw this post but you have it correct, there is a white straw looking vaccum line that plugs into that and goes parallel with the engine harness to the ecu box and then goes through te fire wall. On the side of the engine harness boot(where it sits in te fire wall right before going to the ecu box) you will find a nutch, that's where that straw looking vaccum line sits ad secures so this doesn't happen.
