OBD2 question

OBD2 question
I'm trying to do some tracing, can someone tell me where the wires from the OBD2 are connector are connected two.
1. Brown wire (pin 4 on OBD2 connector) is ground
2. Red/white wire (pin 16 on OBD2 connector) is 12v
The following wires is what I need to know
Blue/yellow wire (pin 7 on OBD2 connector) ?
And
Gray or brown wire (pin 5 on OBD2 connector) ?
If anyone can help me with those two wires and where the are connected to I deeply appreciate it.
