Do these wheels & tires fit my 01' CLK 320 ??

The offset on the w208 rim is 35mm for all models. Those rims with ET48 will move the tire further inboard by 13mm. That is quit a bit. To keep your car within specs you would have to buy 13mm spacers plus lug bolts that are 13mm longer that what you have now to move the wheel and tire back out to where it should be. I wouldn't buy them just cuz you like the way they look. They are not right for your car.
