I would have the dealer do it as the car should be equipped with an auto wiper sensor located between the windshield and the rearview mirror. If the glue is not applied right that feature of your wipers will not work correctly.

The windscreen for the cabs is a good add on, I have seen them on craigslist and ebay, I do not have one but felt that it looks funky when driving. It might be welcome if you smoke or dont like the freedom of fresh air blowing at you with sunshine.
You should be able to find a wind screen used easy with the case, most do not use them though.

All the Best, Gator

You can find them at the dealer, on ebay or craigslist. Mine didn't come with one so I had to buy one. But to be honest they really aren't worth it. They help a tiny bit but not enough. My wife still hates riding in the car with the top down. Knowing what I know now I would not buy it.

At speeds greater than 40 MPH, the windscreen significantly reduces air turbulence and noise in the cockpit.

They sometimes come up for sale here as well (recall one selling a couple of weeks ago).

I just can't tell a whole lot of difference. Maybe it's a 20% reduction in wind intrusion. I've tested it out in speeds from 0 to 120mph. They are usually way over priced too. I have been tempted to try one of the acrylic ones that is basically a big sheet of plexi placed behind the seat. Seems like it would block a lot better than the screen mesh. The only reason I still have it installed is because I like that it acts as a bit of a sun shade to protect the seats. (I keep my top down 100% of the time)

I have one and it really helps reduce wind. I keep my top down 95 percent of the time (I keep it covered in the winter) and the wind screen allows my wife to not worry about her hair. I bought mine on ebay and its OEM.

The screen came as standard equipment on the cabriolets and has 2 parts.

One lower part is permanently installed under the rear seat and has a roll out screen that pulls up and attaches to a upper part. The upper part is removable, snaps into slots between the rear windows and has a roll out screen that pulls out and attaches near the seat backrest.

With the windows up, it is quite effective at reducing air turbulence and noise in the cockpit (e.g. prevents light objects from flying around or out, listening to the radio, talking with a passenger and here in New England, enjoying roof down driving in the Spring and Fall).

When the windows are down, it's still helpful driving around town, but not so much at highway speeds.
