Need help with A/C problem

Need help with A/C problem
i have an ongoing problem w/ my damn A/C. When i start my car, the a/c works perfectly and coldly....after about 3 minutes, i believe the compressor shuts off because the air is not cold anymore. The speed at which it is coming out is not affected, it's just not cold anymore. And since it's been extremely hot lately, i've had to end up driving my 540i during the day (which i hate, but the a/c is COLD) and my clk at night time. Any help will be appreciated.
oh yeah....one more thing, i took my car to get it recharged with a/c coolant, and they told me it was pretty much full already, and the pressure was good.

It Will Read incorrect and Shut off the A/C

the car is at 74000 miles , unfortunately....and I do NOT want to pay by the hour for them to diagnose the problem. Just wondering if anybody in this forum has had a similar problem before.

DO a SEARCH on Climate Control Opperation
You WILL Find out HOW YOU can Do a Diagnosis on YOUR car From YOUR A/C Controls....Then YOU WILL See the Numbers on the Evap Temp sensor...If Its defective the readings will be Very High!
