Main Catalysts Efficiency Below Threshold PO432

My check engine light came on the other day. Dropped by Autozone and it said P0432 Bank 1 and Bank 2. I found a few other threads on here for other Mercedes models that encounter this issue. Seems that maybe the MAF is bad because it is unlikely that both bank 1 and 2 would go out at the same time. The woman at Autozone suggested running seafoam and gumout fuel system cleaner. I am skeptical about taking her advice. Should I try running those through the system or are other sensors likely to freak out and causes even bigger problems.

Also note that one of my catalytic converters has been removed so I don't think that's the issue.

And the light turned off. Not sure if I am supposed to be happy or scared.
