COMAND cannot locate a satellite
I had my trunk re-painted and when the mechanics re-installed the sat. antenna (small black cube on trunk??) I can no longer receive any satellites. Ehen I try a destination, the COMAND thinks I am going in the opposite direction. I tried re-calibrating and re-entering my new location, but I keep seeing "0" in upper right hand corner. Am I missing something? 2000 CLK 430.

Read many threads. I am defintely looking at the right unit on trunk. Perhaps cable got damaged during re-install. Tried cleaning antenna but no luck. Anyone know how to pull the plastic cover off the antenna?

You will have to remove the carpet lining if it is a cab, The cabs antenna leak's rain water right into the trunk latch.
The hard top is roof mounted and might have water damage as well. The mounting screw for the communication bus is very delicate and easy to fubar.
I bet it is not connected at all. The command systems are strong or dead.
