Different color xenons R vs L?
I just noticed on my 2000 CLK320 that the Xenons seem to be different colors. The one on the left has a crisp bluish hue, but the one on the right looks white/yellow (very little blue)! I never noticed this before. Anybody have an interpretation of these findings?

or... did you happen to just change one of your bulbs? the xenon bulbs take many hours of operation to properly get 'set' so that the color will remain constant afterwards...

A.Emgee are you in Europe?
Cause in France W208 CLK have a Xenon light only on the right side (right when you are behind the wheel). The left side bulb isn't xenon in order to don't disturb other drivers coming front.
these quote coming from www.mercedes.fr, in certified used car section:
"PROJECTEURS XENON CIRC. A DROITE "
which means xenon light on right side.
maybe a big mistake...my 2 cents.
In France, normal bulbs are always darker on the left side (since a while), maybe it's the same for the xenon bulbs.
Lacrampe.

I haven't ever changed the bulbs. I'm not in France. I think that they lights are pointing at the same level (from what I can tell from observation).
Could this be a sign that R bulb is on its way out?
