CLK 320 Quality
I own a 2001 CLK 320 and have had one repair (total cost : $189) on the vehicle since purchase in 2007 (45k). The car currently has 94k miles on it and it runs sound. I have driven this vehicle up and down the CA coast in comfort and style. I would buy an extended warranty on yours, have an inspection done and fix any major problems that would jeopardize a good sale. If you like that year's model design as I do, you can trade up to a 2001 or 2002 W208. The appearance, mechanical performance/reliability, and mpg are not easily found in other sport coupes for the price. The only downside to the car is that you have to spend a little more on the fuel it requires but that is the cost of owning a Mercedes.
