Rear sunblind doesn't retract fully - sometimes?

Rear sunblind doesn't retract fully - sometimes?
If I leave the sunblind up for a period of time - say for a day or two it wont fully retract into its holder - only the last few inches. If you repeat multiple times up and down it will eventually go back. The roller spring seems ok but the smoothness of the arm as it goes down isn't all that great.

Any suggestions? Lubricate the tracks/small wheels?
