AC/Heat problem.
Since i bought the car i have had a problem with the ac not working. After doing some quick research it seems the "EC" light is stopping the compressor from activating. Before i got around to fixing that problem another problem arose that seems to be another pain. One day after having my car parked for about two hours i came outside to still have my blower motor still running. The only way to deactivate the blower motor was to remove the fuse. After doing some research i saw this was a common problem and the culprit is usually the blower motor resistor regulator. I have changed that part and that did not solve the problem. I took it to my mechanic and he determined the plug that sends juice to the regulator and blower is getting a constant power even when the climate control is off. the plug should only get power when the climate control is set to off. The method of me pulling out the fuse eliminates the possibility of a short somewhere between the blower and the fuse and that there must be a problem somewhere between the fuse and climate control. Any suggestions before on a possible fix without having to replace the climate control.

As for the EC light..
#7 is the FREON.. YOU ARE COMPLETELY EMPTY. Should be above 10.
Have them put DYE in the system while they are recharging it to determine if you have a Leak or Not.
Should solve your EC problem. Good Luck on the other problem.
