Transmission problem w208
Hi,
i have strange problem with transmission. W208 2.3 kompressor, 1999 year.
I start car, it goes into gears 1-2-3, after 3rd gear it goes into limp mode and wont go to 4th or 5th gear. After i shut/start car again - the same thing happens. Transmission ecu shows error that transmission is slipping. Today i have changed transmission, bought another one. And still exactly the same thing. And we noticed that on the rear differential there is some sensor and its wires are cut. Do you know where they should be going to ?
So the problem is related with electricity im sure. 2 trannies cant be wrong.
Anyone has ideas what this could be? ABS/ASR are working.

I have i think figured it out. Its the speed sensor on the rear differential which is broken, that causes this, tell me, where does it connect to? thanks
