Blocked Air Vents?

Hey guys,

So I've never really noticed until a friend pointed out to me that the heating in my car sucks. I drive a 2000 CLK 320, not acceptable. So I took the blower motor out hoping to find it clogged with debris, it was clean. Regardless i took it out, air dusted it and lubed the bearing at each side and began plugging it back in. I turned the car key into position 3 without starting the car and adjusted the motor, and it got loud and noisy and seemed like it was pushing a lot of air. Plugging it back up turned the car on, lots of noise but not as much air coming through as i expected. Then i took the cabin air filter out completely and tried again, same result.

Secondarily, I noticed the air that does get pushed through isn't really hot at all, even after driving for a bit. So I did an AC diagnostic and will post the numbers here. I did this with the car off for a bit, engine was relatively cold and it's -7 here in Canada right now.

1 - 6
2 - 1
3 - 11
4 - 10
5 - 10
6 - 46
7 - 0 *guessing this is 0 because the car wasn't started
8 - 12/13 (was flashing between the two)
9 - 0
10 - 2.3 i didn't note which fan speed it was on, i believe it was automatic, will go check again in a second and update. Edit: @ full this value read at 6.0
20 - 0
22 - 0
28 - 0
24 - 11.9 should I be worried?
40 -8
41 - 5
42 - 232
43 - 13

Any help would be appreciated

Edit: Pulled the codes from the AC and got back the following:

E61 227 : Outside temperature indicator temperature sensor (B14)
E61 231 : ECT sensor (B11/4)
E61 416 : Coolant circulation pump (M13)

Reset, and E61 416 came back

Going to try to clean the duovalve tomorrow and get a coolant flush + flap test

Didn't get a chance to clean the duovalve or do a coolant flush as of yet, but i did do the flap test and the two sides blew at an intensity i've never felt, very strong. I compared to a video i watched by fupabox on youtube and i'm convinced one of the actuators is messed up or not opening properly. Does anyone know how to reset these? I tried recirc and de mist but nothing happened. I'm wondering if this procedure can't be done with error code e61416 still in the system.

Once again any help would be appreciated! I've read through countless numbers of forum posts but can't find a specific answer.

Can someone provide the instructions for a reset of the flaps?

I did the flap test which is recirc and rest when temperatures are set to room temperature (23 degrees c) they blow hard, but at the wrong times.

I tried demist and recirc but nothing!

The other thing to check is that the plenum chamber in the engine compartment just under the front windscreen is not full of leaves and debris. There is a rubber one way valve right next to the mudguard on the right hand side (near the large plastic box which contains the Star connection plug) and if you fill the plenum chamber with water and open this valve all the debris should come rushing out.
