Shut Down

1999 clk430

I can be driving along and car will just die (not all thje time just random), like someone turned key off, no warning lights on dash, I used ODB scanner and the only code I got was Pending P1747. I was going to replace the CPS and CAM Sensors for a start.
It seems this all started after my Serpentine Belt had snapped while driving home from work. After I had it repaired the Serpentine Belt stalling issue started.

Please help with any idea's

Update: I reset the ECU by UN-hooking Negative Battery Cable for awhile and don't have code P1747 now, not sure if the Shut Down issue is fixed as haven't gone for test drive yet.

Update-2:

Still getting random no warning sign shut down's, the Autozone CPS did not work so Ordered one from Autohaus along with Fuel Pump Relay and Fuel Filter, they will be in my hands tomorrow. If they dont work will try Fuel Pump next.

Anyone have any ideas?

Update-3

Replaced CPS with Bosch from Autohaus, Replaced Fuel Pump Relay from Autohaus, and Replaced Fuel Filter from Autohaus, took for long drive highway and City all day, not one shut down/stall! Yah Baby!!!

Well the stalling issue was caused by the Key, I ordered a new Key and bam no more stalling. I thought for sure it was the EIS.

The Key would probably fail when care requested code while driving here and there, as it would only happen out of the blue, but started to be more and more frequent
