Wondering if anyone see's a potential problem with using a oil extractor off the battery. The positive post under the hood then the neg lead conected to a metal bracket or somthing ground like.....Thanks for any insight

as long as its hooked up correctly and your battery is fully charged it should be ok. Not sure how long you will be running it and how much power it draws, so your mileage may vary
