So lately I have had an annoying ticking noise coming from my drivers side front wheel area. It occurs at low speeds only usually ranging from 5-15mph or so. It sometimes happens over bumps but occasionally over flats too. Its a random noise, usually it starts with one tick then a tick tick or somtimes 3 ticks.

I am lowered on H&R's/Koni adjustables...

Ive done a lot of research and am still a bit stumped. Ive had the wheel off and inspected twice now and still cant figure this one out. Any help is much appreciated!

You can hear the tick in the vid here:

The video was short but it sounds more like a clink of a tool in the chassis or rubber mount broken away from the shock somewhere.
Other points to inspect are sway bar mounts, driveshaft carrier bearing mounts and rear sway bar mounts.
Loose center caps or wheel front wheel bearing cap might jingle as well.
A click might indicate a screw in the tire.
You will have to jack it up and start inspecting.

Video did not work well.

If the tick varies by wheel speed, could be a stone, nail, screw that was picked up by the tire (e.g. over time, I've had all 3 occur).
