For a cheap temporary fix there is www.leatherrepairkits.com
They give reasonable results. Their best kits are for dark colors; their light color kits discolor easily.

Are you looking to re-skin your seats? How bad are they? I would look into custom upholstery shops or convertible top shops to re-do your interior.

Are you experienced at re skinning seats? You would also need hog rings and the hog ring crimper. Depending on the condition of the seats you might need foam padding too. Most of the time when people try re skinning the first few times they don't turn out well.
I'm not sure how it works in the UK but in the US there are upholstery shops. They can find a close leather match to your OE leather in the colors you want and and fabricate new covers. Quality of work and prices vary between shops.
If you want perfect OEM covers you can always go to Mercedes but that is by far the most expensive option.

Just keep searching for some good condition seats. I just bought two today from 2precise. It took my over a year to find some decent seats but I didn't give up. Cant wait to install my new ones.
