Hi,


I'm after some advice regarding the roof on my Mercedes. I have had the car for around 4 years and had no real issues.


However, this week my roof is refusing to close automatically. The roof open function works perfectly, but when it comes to putting the roof up nothing happens at all.


The windows don't drop, the roll bars don't move and obviously the roof doesn't move. The car is not registering any malfunction.


Any advice on how to begin my search would be much appreciated. (I'm not sure if its related, but the car was washed a few days before the malfunction started).
