What ever happened with these V8 headers?

We were never informed about pricing and availability...

Danny-

Dont even bother, I already tried and the only infromation I got was that it would give the same HP as the Pullies (13HP) but would cost $2500. I dont think its that worth it for 13HP, evosport just hasn't gotten back to us, for what a good 6 months? Ive been saving for the headers for quite sometime, but I realized that it was taking way too long, so instead I bought a set of 22" iFORGED Sprints for my ML320!!!

wow... thats some serious dough for headers... espcially if only a 13hp gain...

lets see some pics of the iforged....

I'm not sure, but I thought I read somewhere that they abandoned the header project b/c cuperprint was coming out with headers.

If you think that is expensive, try buying MKB headers. I have the MKB Hypertune 55 kit, which includes headers, cams and cats. The kit ran me around $15,000, not including installation.

So, we know you getting extra wide flared fenders... and you are getting those Lorinser F1 fenders... but what is the rest gonna look like?

Are you doing a Lorinser body? any updated pics?

No updated pics since the pictures of the cranks I posted before the site went down. It will have a full Lorinser DTM kit with the fenders flared. The mesh has all been anodized black. It will also have the CL hood that Mach430 has on his car. We're trying to stay with the BBS LMs, however, that might not end up being possible. Their will be a custom quad exhaust as well. Not sure that I'll do that much more to the exterior. The interior obviously has the chromaly rollcage fitted already. The birdseye maple is being replaced by carbon fibre. The back seats will go and be replaced by some sort of deck. The front seats will be replaced with some racing CF racing seat. I'm trying to keep the exterior and interior relatively simple. What I care about most will be stuffed under the hood.

yeah, the objective of your mods require there to be only the absolute necessary items... that interior sure does warrant some good pictures... you are nothing but a tease...

Can't wait to see the finished product... Keep up posted...
