CLK320 or 240?

Hello there,
Im thinking about buying a CLK320 (2002/3) but sadly.. there are just 12 of them for sale in the netherlands (im dutch). In contrary... there are a lot of clk 240's for sale in good condition!

I was wondering about the difference between the 320 and the 240 considering- Power, fuel consumption, and any other aspect that might be important!!

Any advice or answers to that?!
Thanks in advance

Not sure about this as I confess never seen either car in person. Is one of those diesel? If so and the 240 is a four cylinder already you should get great gas mileage and if its diesel on top of that then there is your mile per gallon winner. Good luck.
