warranty Advise please

Hello Everyone,

I know this has been discussed but would like to get some fresh opinions on this matter. I have a 2000 CLK430 with 33K and my warranty ends in may of 2004. i just want to know if a extended warranty is worth the $$$. for it and is my car going to have that many things break on it? Also if you guys would suggest a warranty company that some of you have used and are happy with there service and price. The only one i have heard about is continental there price is pretty good and they say they cover all that benz covers and more but i don't know how reliable they are? Plus they have a $100 deductable. Any help would be appreciated. Oh by the way i have not had any prblems so far with my CLK Thanks

its good to hear that you haven't had any problems with your CLK. If you plan on keeping your CLK for a few good years after the warranty expires, I highly recommend a warranty.

all it takes is for 1 or 2 high ticket items to go wrong, and it will already cost more than it would have been to buy the warranty. I bought the Mfr extended warranty for my car, and it was the best investment I have put into the car.

Definitely get the warranty. My car is a Starmark but I will get an extension when it expires.
