Question Parts falling out of instrument cluster?

I've searched the forum but have not found answer. I pulled my 99 CLK320 convertable instrument cluster today to ship it out for pixel repair. No problems getting it out but now have exposed light bulbs instead of idiot lights? It looks like there may have been two light panel covers of some type that slide into the cluster housing? I've searched inside the dash and everywhere but don't find them! What have I done?

The entire instrument cluster assembly is easy to remove (e.g. just pull out out of dash and disconnect two cables) and is how it should be shipped for repair. I don't see how those two corner triangular shaped lens (e.g. that cover the bulbs and provide specific warnings nomenclature.......CEL, SRS, Brakes, ABS etc.), could have fallen out and lost, unless the internal circuit board was also removed from the instrument cluster's housing.

The 2 corner lens are held in place/aligned by pins/notches (e.g. lens has small round holes and the circuit board backing plate as round pins).

Very unlikely those lens are sold anywhere, as separate parts. A new cluster is more than $1,000, plus labor to program it for a specific car. So.....if you can't find them, you might be able to find/buy a cheap broken cluster, to remove the lenses from.
