2000 CLK320 windows and top do not work

2000 CLK320 windows and top do not work
Hi All,
I have a 2000 CLK320. When I bought the car the windows and top had no function. I resynced the windows and they rolled up and down when key is in position 2 but top did not work. As soon as I start vehicle windows do not work. I unhooked the battery for 24 hours, synced windows, put roll bar up and started car. When car was started I opened the top. Roll bar lowered, windows lowered and the cover by the trunk kept getting pulled down like it was trying to close. after a few seconds the light would flash. Turned car off, restarted and same problem again. I changed the relay and same problem. Now I can not get windows to move even when key is in position 2. Windows do lower when door is open. I was able to raise and lower the roll bar but the motors raising and lowering the roll bar would not stop even when fully up or down if I held the button(not sure if that matters). Yesterday I started the car and windows did not work. I drove for about 5 minutes and the light on the roll bar switch came on so I tried the windows and they worked. Got home shut the car off, restarted and windows do not work. PLEASE HELP. Thank You very much.

If sliding cover in trunk is not latched top will not work will get flashes on button used for lowering top also rear windows must be down b4 top raises or lowers u can read manual about roll bars u have to hold button for like 14 seconds to unlock or reset its been a while I had a lot of issues with mine also. Know front and rear are on same switch when I raise or lower top rear work separately 1 mechanic did windows another did top check hydraulic fluid also in trunk. There is a screw on back wall of trunk turn to left to release pressure turn back to right hopefully u can see tank without having to remove al of bolts 10mm top bottom there is a diagram & directions on a post.

The window problem was the ignition switch.... if I held pressure on the key I heard a click and windows worked.... I removed the switch took it apart and fixed it..
The top...
I found the bow lock was not unlocking.... I checked the switch there and found it was stuck in the locked position... a little wd40 and fixed..... NOW... the windows work fine... the roll bars lower and then the bow latch unhooks... motor runs but the bow does not move.... any ideas?
