problem with roof and windows

problem with roof and windows
Signs point that my control module in the trunk that controls windows and soft top might need replacing but would like someone with more know how to give me their suggestions.
The other day, I hop in and try to put put roof down. No windows go down or movement of any kind. I secure soft top and try to roll down windows. No go. Nothing seems to be operating on middle console where gear selector and window/trunk release are. I go to trunk to see in there and noticed that I hear a clicking sound every 5 seconds or so and trunk light flickering.
Any thoughts?
