can anyone show me where to put the windshield wiper fluid into? I have never done this before, and I'm not sure where it is under the hood. Or is it even located under the hood?

open the hood, it is a white plastic container in along the driver's side near the body panel. It says "please-use windshield washer-concentrate."

I just refilled the container along the drivers side that is White in color, however , it did NOT say "use windshield washer fluid" on it. It just had a 7.0L indentation on it. I know it's the correct place cuz the sensor went off.
