I've just gotten this '99 CLK320 about 2 weeks ago and finding that I have need of some information...when I lock it with the electronic key and then unlock it, it continues to beep and won't shut off. I have gone through every exercise I can think of to get the beep quite and there is nothing working. HELP before it drives me mad!!!
After it beeped for about an hour it finally shut itself off. I guess I just can't lock the car.
