Help top open sequence starts but lid won't open

Help top open sequence starts but lid won't open
hey guys, I have looked at hours of post but can't find the issue I'm having.
my top one day would the close, struggling before it started to rain I managed to put the top on manually following a tutorial.
When i turn the T handle up top all windows roll down the the light stays solid.
I pull up/back and the opening sequence starts, the softtop raises up all the way but then the lid does not open. I here the pump going and the lock sims to click but it just will not go up.
the truck sensor clip for more storage is fine and clover is locked in place.
hydraulic fluid is good
checked all fuses
can someone please advice on this issue..

Please give us a little more detail. After the rear bow (rear window section) goes up, does the case cover lock unlatch? In the latter case, the cover would pop up a little.
