Reasonable Price On Amg's

I need a little help. I'm selling my stock 17" AMG's staggered and want to know what a reasonable asking price would be. The pic below is of the actual rims. They have some curb rash and the tires have about 80% tread left, maybe more. The tires are 225/45ZR17 and 245/40ZR17. The tires are Dunlop SP Sport FM901.

What seems like a reasonable asking price?

What's the lowest should take?

I think $800 is a good starting price but be ready to negotiate

hey Eleni,

I just sold my OE 17" AMGs too... the market is pretty soft on these OE wheels... sorry to say...

but yea, about $800 is a fair price... you might be able to fetch a little more on them... but because they are a slightly older style, you won't be able to command that great of a price

you don't want to keep them as winter tires for them snowy days??? u don't wanna mess up them 18s....

Thanks Lou430 and mmgrad. That's originally what I kept them for, as spares for the crazy weather. But... considering were halfway through the worst of it and I haven't used them yet, they are just taking up space. Plus, my car is stuck in the driveway and isn't going anywhere until the ice starts to melt so.....I figured I'd sell them and put the money towards some mods on the house or maybe....... my Lorinser roof spoiler .

If only you had sold them a long time ago - when I stold my stock 17"s on ebay I got about double that. Granted the tires were new and the wheels had no grinds, and it was a few years ago. :0) Danny's right though - the market is soft on OE wheels...

Thanks everybody. Well I wasn't as lucky as Josh K but I did sell them today for $700. Which isn't bad since the most I anticipated was $800. I had some second thoughts as I was getting them ready for the buyer cause they were in pretty decent condition but oh well. I knew the market wasnt that big for them since they came off the older models.

I figured the longer I waited, the less I would get.

good job Eleni... i know how you feel, i just sold my OE wheels...and the front tires were BRAND NEW...

and the price I sold them for made me cringe... but, i too didn't want to hold on to them any longer...
