XM Radio Engine Noise

I recently had XM Satellite radio installed. It's mounted right below the factory nav unit, where the ashtray is. Power is coming from the ignition and the audio is running from the receiver to the auxillary jack in the glove box. PROBLEM IS, I HAVE ENGINE NOISE!!! Does anyone else have XM satellite? How do you have it hooked up and are you getting engine noise?

The auxillary jack is in the glove box. I think it's only on models that have navigation. It's a single audio jack (non-rca) that allows you to hook up an external device (mp3 player, cd player, etc).
