2001 CLK320 Coupe Back Seat Removal

So my trunk is stuck, battery is quite charged (ie. never died) and I am now removing the rear seat to get to the trunk. The lower seat, where you actually sit comes off very easily, but the back has been a pain. I have undone the 2 screws on each side to be able to removed the side panel to get to the 4 bolts (2 on each side) holding the bottom of the seat on... Now the issue is removing the top, by the fold down latch release and the one in the center armrest/cupholder. If anyone knows how to do this PLEASE tell me.
