Need help: Replacing Flex disc and propeller shaft bearing

Need help: Replacing Flex disc and propeller shaft bearing.
Have gotten different info on this procedure.
I know how to do front disc, no info on rear disc or bearing install.
If anyone has an instructional or images or How To, then kindly post a link.
Questions:
1. Can shaft be removed w/o dropping rear axle?
2. How is the bearing mounted, press fit? cradle?
3. Ballpark cost for a shop to do the job?
