Fluttering Lights?? HELP

Mercedes 2002 clk 430 CV
Fluttering Lights?? HELP
Okay..I'm not sure what this might be, but here is how I can describe it:
2002 CLK 430 CV and the interior lights on the cluster, AC, Dome, Glovebox. Door Vanity and the small head light on the inside of the main headlights flutter? It almost seems as though the alternator is going bad, but no other lights do this. It seems to do this when the car is at an standstill and not idling smoothly. Could it bee the alternator, I've checked both the alternator and battery and they are charging and working correctly. Help please before I change my alternator.
