Sticky Door Locks
This did not happen until I got my MB back from my earlier rear end collision. The entire rear end of my car was destroyed (bumpers, trunk, etc.) I took it back to the body shop and the guy mentioned something about vacuum tubes make the locks go up and down. He ordered me a new trunk lock and will look at the tubing as well.
Is there anything else I should be concerned about?
Has anyone had the problem of "sticky" door locks? I replaced the battery in my remote control. Still, when I sometimes (1 out of 4 times) the locks will not function properly. Same thing happens when I need to lock the doors...

the sticky door pins could be something as simple as the locking mechanism got misaligned during the collision and is not hitting parts of the door panel when going up/down...
a car is never the same after an accident, no matter who does the repairs...
