limp mode on hard acceration 430 clk

2014 ML 350 2003 Clk 430 2009 C300

limp mode on hard acceration 430 clk

I checked old posts about this and mine is a bit different.
It goes into limp mode on kick down or hard acceration , no misfires no codes. Car has 79k on it and I had a tune up done, air filters done.
Any ideas??

2002 CLK430

Throttle position sensor. Several of us have had the same issue.
