Suspension newbie!

I'm new to Mercedes suspension setup!
I want aggresive look with comfortable ride. I've been reading threads regarding to H&R/Koni, Cupkits. These 2 setup fit my budget; please don't mention Kleeman (far from price range).
Let me know what route I should go; and also what kind of pads do I need?
Where can I get pads from?
Please give me a hand with details of your suspensions, and pics if possible.

you can get the spring pads from any local dealer. I am using the H&R sport/Billstein set up with Spring pad #1 front/rear. There is a link to my new pics in the "Beware of Carlsson kit on Ebay" post.....i believe it is on page 12 or 13. check it out.

good luck,
AL

You mentioned "confortable ride", for that you need "kleemann".

is the Kleeman drop better than the cup kit? Or is the Brabus suspension better?

anyone know the drop heights for the cupkit, brabus or kleeman?

I havent heard any one mention the Renntech Kit. Their suspension kit for the 208 is about 1200 bucks, which is about twice that of the hr cupkit or koni combo and about half of the kleeman kit which I still believe is too expensive even if it is good.

How is the comparison between cupkit vs. koni/h&r as far as ride quality and dropping heights?
Brabus is about $1200 right? How's brabus comparing to cupkit, koni/h&r?
THanks for the responses
What I want is just decent ride with some nice wheels when spring comes. Get rid of wheel gap and agressive look.
Here's my car

Here's my car
The H&R Cup kit is your best choice, comes complete with springs and shocks from the factory for $699 at www.evosport.com and will drop your car almost 2", It's better than buying the H&R Springs @ $259 + Koni Shocks $400 individually for a drop of 1.5"
Keep in mind that the lower the car, the less suspension you have and therefore you need harder shocks.

H&R springs with stock (OEM) shock???

H&R springs with stock (OEM) shock?

I did that with on Acura that I owned and I never had any problem until I sold that car about 2 years later.

What problem do you see with this setup with a CLK 430 or a CLK 320?

There's no problem other that your shocks won't last too long.
