I have searched multiple forums and I’ve spent hours troubleshooting this issue but can’t figure it out. If I leave my car for more than a day my windows, and side view mirrors stop working. If I unhook the battery, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in everything starts working again for a while after I resync the windows. I found a donor car and grabbed the SAM and the center console switches and have tried them but still the same result. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure but maybe the security system is causing it.

I would start with your battery health check followed by a soft reset. The door modules sometimes misbehave and generally require some cleaning/resoldering.
