Please help! W208 convertible
Hi guys!
I am new here and in need of your help...
I was driving my car (faster than i should have) and because the road was very bad it.... how do i say it .... it touched the asphalt with its bottom.
The problem is that the *pillows* that are for the passengers, the rear seats, they went up and i cannot get them down When i press the button, i hear that they try to move, but nothing happens. And because they are at the highest position i cannot open the roof either...
Does somebody know how to *reset* them or something? What should i do?

First try the following:
Hold the headrest button on the center dash console "Up" for 8 seconds then release. Then try to see if functionality is restored.
If not, Unfortunately there is no "Easy" way to lower the rear headrests.

In some cases 3 of the 4 wheels have left the ground for some time. It is interpreted as a roll over. In this case a STAR reset (maybe others) is required.
