end of brake cycle shuttering vibration question

I have noticed this slight vibration at the end of the brake cycle when coming to a full stop. I have felt this vibration in many other automatic cars as well.

When at a full stop and by letting go the brakes just enough so the car is moving forward the virbration/shuttering starts. When the car is moving just slow enough but not stopping and the brakes are applied you can hear it.

I remember there was thread on the forum long time ago about this and it was the guibo that was at fault? It's been a long time and i could be wrong.

Any ideas?
