Brake Question

How long did your FRONT pads and rotors last??

Had my ride serviced today at the dealer and they said my pads and rotors needed changing..

I have 38K miles..

Any input is appreciated..

I'm at 28,500 miles and my PADS are about dead... most of the time, the dealer will tell you that you should change the rotors when you change your pads...

its their way to make more money, but i think the rotors can easily go through 2 sets of pads, maybe even 3....

But, I just used the excuse of having to change the brakes to buy a new brake kit instead...
