In terms of gain, usually people see 1-3hp if not LOSS of hp. The only way to tell is to put it on a DYNO and take it for a run. But most people do the "butt" dyno method :p
from posts here, people say better throttle response. But be careful when oiling the filters...they've been known to kill MAF's because the extra oil gets sucked into the sensor and just **** it up.

from reading all the posts on the forum, I notice a trend of people with 320 engines having problems with the K&Ns... 430/55 engines don't seem to have any issues (damaging the MAF sensor)...
I would think the filters will work fine with all engines & airboxes as long as you don't oversaturate the filters with the oil...
